Tequila Lime Chicken Tacos

These bold and zesty Tequila Lime Chicken Tacos come together in under 20 minutes and are packed with flavor, protein, and simple ingredients the whole family will love. Juicy chicken strips are seasoned with Kinder’s Tequila Lime rub, then sautéed to perfection and tucked into your choice of white corn (gluten-free) or soft flour tortillas. Topped with creamy avocado, crisp onion, fresh cilantro, fat-free feta or cotija cheese, and drizzled with avocado ranch dressing, each taco delivers the perfect bite. Serve them with a side of Spanish rice or corn off the cob for a complete, crowd-pleasing meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
  • Kinders tequila lime rub
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 medium avocado
  • Cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • Fat free feta cheese or cotija
  • 8 tbsp avocado ranch chick fil a dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cut your chicken breast into long strips, generously coat front to back with tequila lime rub. Sauté in pan until temp reaches 165. Take out and rest for five minutes.
  • After chicken has rested, cut into small chunks
  • Microwave or toast your tortillas, assemble your tacos with avocado slice, cilantro, onion, feta and 1/2 to 1 tbsp of dressing per taco.
  • Serve with my easy Spanish rice or side of your choice. We chose corn off the cob tonight.
