Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz / 227g dry box Banza chickpea pasta
  • 1 lb 454g ground beef, 93% lean
  • 1/4 cup 28g mini pepperoni
  • 1 cup 112g skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup 250g pizza sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to box directions until al dente.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain if needed.
  • Stir in mini pepperoni and pizza sauce, simmer until well incorporated.
