Gluten Free Italian Shells and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Banza pasta shells
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small can tomato sauce 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or colby jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta, drain, and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add seasoning, salt, pepper.
  • Stir in tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Add pasta and half the cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Add heavy cream and stir again.
  • Top with remaining cheese and broil until bubbly.
