Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • Taco seasoning of choice
  • 1 boxes Old El Paso Stand 'N Stuff Bold Nacho Cheese Taco Shells
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cups diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: chopped onion cilantro, hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until nearly browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir to combine.
  • Warm taco shells per box instructions.
  • Assemble tacos: fill shells with beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
  • Top with any optional toppings. Serve immediately.
