French Onion Ground Beef and Rice Casserole
This French Onion Ground Beef and Rice Casserole has become a staple in my meal rotation. It’s hearty, packed with flavor, and ridiculously easy to throw together. With savory ground beef, rich French onion soup, melty provolone, and a blend of rice and cauliflower rice, it’s a one-pan wonder that delivers serious flavor without requiring hours in the kitchen.

In a Carote Detachable Handle Skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until softened.
Prepare the jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
Stir the cooked jasmine rice and French onion soup into the skillet with the beef and cauliflower rice, mixing well. I suggest starting with 1/2 can then adding additional as the rice soaks up the soup.
Lay the provolone slices over the top and cover with a lid until melted, or broil in the oven for a few minutes for a golden, bubbly finish.
Serve hot and enjoy!
