Crockpot Chicken Birria Tacos
I love these Crockpot Birria Chicken Tacos. They bring all the deep, rich flavors of traditional birria without requiring hours in the kitchen. This is one of those set-it-and-forget-it meals where you throw everything in the crockpot and let it do the work for you.

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 packet birria seasoning from Spanglish Asadero
- 1 cup water
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add all ingredients to crockpot
Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 4-6 hours
Shred Chicken and assemble tacos on your favorite tortillas
Top with cheese, avocado, diced onion and cilantro. Finish with a spritz of lime.
