Tequila Lime Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
- Kinders tequila lime rub
- 8 tortillas
- 1 medium avocado
- Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- Fat free feta cheese or cotija
- 8 tbsp avocado ranch chick fil a dressing
Instructions
- Cut your chicken breast into long strips, generously coat front to back with tequila lime rub. Sauté in pan until temp reaches 165. Take out and rest for five minutes.
- After chicken has rested, cut into small chunks
- Microwave or toast your tortillas, assemble your tacos with avocado slice, cilantro, onion, feta and 1/2 to 1 tbsp of dressing per taco.
