Low Calorie Simple Spanish Rice
Equipment
- 1 Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 package Microwaveable Instant Jasmine Rice
- 1 package Microwaveable Cauliflower Rice
- 1 tbsp Caldo de Tomate Tomato Boullion
Instructions
- Microwave your Cauliflower Rice according to the package directions
- Microwave your Instant Rice according to the package directions
- Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil in a skillet, once at a boil add your tomato bouillon
- Once at a boil and all bouillon is dissolved, add in you cauliflower rice and jasmine rice until fully coated
- Simmer until liquid is all absorbed into the rice
