While I was on my 60 pound weight loss journey I knew I had to find a way to still be able to enjoy my favorite foods. After years of yo-yo dieting and constant restricting and binging I realized that the key to sustainable weight loss is not giving up my favorite foods but rather making them more balanced and macro friendly.

I am a huge fan of Philly Cheesesteaks and so I knew I needed to find ways to add them into my diet. Unfortunately having an entire Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich did not fit in my macros so instead I turned it into bowls, low carb egg rolls, pasta and more!
